I believe that there is no universal coaching approach or one-size-fits-all approach! Any approach must fit an athlete and his personality; his physical conditions, experiences, backgrounds, life circumstances and his goals and dreams.
Thus, you will receive an individual training plan detailing your strengths & weaknesses and which allows you to achieve your goals!
It is important to me that the athlete experiences motivation and fun in structured, targeted training, and that a good basis of cooperation between coach and athlete is created!
