Qualifications and certifications
I started cycling when I was 6 years old. I was many times Cyprus champion in both road cycling and mountain biking. When I turn 19 years old my passion for cycling leads me to start a bachelor degree on sports science. I finished my studies on 2019 and immediately I started a master degree on exercise science and physical education.
Coaching Experience
From 2017 since now I stared coaching cycling athletes which many of them achieve 1st 2nd and 3rt places on Cyprus championship. Also I coach many amateur cyclists and they manage to achieve their goals.
On 2019 I open a gym in Lakatamia (BNFIT GYM) and work as a strength and conditioning coach so the athletes can have a complete training program on their sport.
