I've been coaching since 2015 mainly road racing, velodrome and time trial. I also prescribe strength and conditioning work. Many athletes have specific goals to chase and I also coach sportive and endurance event riders. It's about making the training work for you. Simply I want the best for you and from you, it's about working together.
I offer one on one coaching and group coaching. I coach in person and online.
I like my data and also use Best Bike Split to assist my athletes to get the best out of their events. Having good communication between athlete and coach allows us to get the best from each other.
